Everything shared here has come from what I call an Eyes Closed Practice. Basically, listening to music with my eyes closed, often combined with a form of movement and breathwork. All of this was written over four years, beginning and ending on a February 29; a beautiful time-bending day. The month is added to each entry to give some sense of the moment in time. The order shared is not chronological, but it is what feels correct. My hope is that you can flip to any page on any day.
