✦ PREPARATION

This ritual works on two levels simultaneously — banishing the energy of debt while calling in the energy of financial flow. Choose a waning moon night for the banishing aspect, or a new moon to work both energies at once.

Clear your space. Place your green candle at the center. Arrange your pyrite, bay leaf, scissors, and banishing oil around it. Have a pen ready.

Take three grounding breaths. Debt carries shame, fear, and heaviness — acknowledge those feelings before you begin. This ritual honors the weight you have been carrying and then releases it.

✦ ANOINT & IGNITE

Open your Banishing Oil. Anoint your green candle in two motions:

• First, from wick to base — pushing the debt energy away
• Then, from base to wick — drawing financial freedom in

Anoint your wrists. As you do, speak:

"I anoint this candle with dual intention —
To banish the burden of debt from my life,
And to call in the flow of abundance to replace it.

Light your green candle.

"As this green flame burns,

✦ THE PYRITE ACTIVATION

Hold your pyrite in both hands. Pyrite is the stone of financial confidence — it breaks through poverty consciousness and activates the belief that wealth is possible for you. Speak:

Hold the bay leaf in both hands and speak:

"I name what I am releasing: [speak it aloud].
This debt has been a teacher — I acknowledge what it taught me.
But its lesson is complete.

✦ THE CUTTING

Take your scissors. Hold them over the bay leaf. This is the moment you sever your energetic bond with the debt — not the legal obligation, but the fear, the shame, the heaviness around it. Speak:

"I cut the energetic cord between myself and this debt.
I release the shame. I release the fear.
I release the story that I will always struggle.
That ends here. That ends now."

Cut the bay leaf in half — cleanly and decisively.

Place both halves beside the candle to continue releasing as it burns.
