Your Right to Withdraw

Under EU Consumer Rights law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This period is extended over weekends and public holidays.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have failed to inform you of this obligation, in which case we will cover the cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., ritual oils, incense, body products). We will confirm applicability at the time of your request.

Please note: EU customers have the right to open and inspect items as they would in a store. The "unopened" condition requirement in our general return policy does not apply to EU withdrawal requests, except for sealed hygiene or health-related goods where unsealing makes the item unsellable for hygiene reasons.

Supplier-Fulfilled Items

Items fulfilled by independent supplier partners (including Shopify Collective suppliers) may be subject to that supplier's return conditions. We will confirm the applicable policy at the time of your request.
