🔥 Fire Safety: This ritual involves an open flame. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep all flammable materials at a safe distance from the flame. Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep water nearby. Extinguish all flames completely before leaving the space.

• 💎 Selenite
• 🌊 Moon water
• 🔮 Clear quartz
• 🌙 Release oil

✦ ABOUT THE FULL MOON

The full moon is the peak of the lunar cycle — a time of maximum energy, illumination, and power. It is the perfect moment for two things simultaneously: releasing what has been holding you back, and charging your intentions with the moon’s amplified energy. What you release at the full moon clears space for what you called in at the new moon to arrive.

✦ PREPARATION

Perform this ritual on the night of the full moon, or within 24 hours before or after. If possible, work near a window where moonlight can reach you — or outdoors under the open sky.

Place your white candle at the center. Arrange your selenite, moon water, clear quartz, and release oil around it. Place your moon water where the moonlight can touch it if possible.

Take three deep, expansive breaths. Feel the pull of the moon — it is real, it is ancient, and it is working with you tonight.

✦ ANOINT & IGNITE

Open your Release Oil. Anoint your white candle from wick to base — drawing downward, releasing. Then anoint your wrists, your heart, and your third eye. As you do, speak:

"I anoint myself under the light of the full moon.
I am ready to release what no longer serves me.
I am ready to receive what is meant for me.
The moon witnesses this. So it is."

Light your white candle.

"As this flame burns under the full moon’s light,
I stand at the peak — illuminated and clear.
What must go, goes tonight.
What must come, comes now."

✦ THE SELENITE CLEARING

Take your selenite and slowly sweep it over your body from crown to feet — front and back. Selenite clears energetic debris and prepares your field to receive the moon’s full charge.

"Selenite, crystal of the moon,
Clear my field of all that looms.
Sweep away what dims my light —
Prepare me for this sacred night."

Place the selenite where the moonlight can charge it alongside your moon water.

✦ THE RELEASE

This is the heart of the full moon ritual. Speak aloud — or write in a journal — everything you are releasing this cycle. Be honest and specific:

• What emotions have you been carrying that are ready to go?
• What habits, patterns, or stories no longer serve you?
• What relationships, situations, or energies are you ready to let go of?

When you have named them, speak:

"Under this full moon, I release it all.
I release [name what you are releasing].
I no longer need these lessons.
I no longer need this weight.
The moon takes what I offer.
I am lighter. I am freer. I am clear."

✦ THE MOON WATER BLESSING

Take your moon water. Hold it up toward the moon or the sky. Moon water carries the concentrated energy of the lunar cycle — it is charged with intention and amplification.

"Sacred water, kissed by moonlight,
Carry my intentions into the night.
Amplify my release. Amplify my call.
Let the moon’s power work through it all."

Anoint your wrists and forehead with a few drops. If your moon water is safe to drink, take a small sip as a communion with the lunar energy.

✦ THE CLEAR QUARTZ CHARGING

Hold your clear quartz up toward the moon. Clear quartz is the master amplifier — it magnifies whatever intention you program into it. Speak your most important intention for the coming cycle into the stone:

"Master crystal, clear and bright,
I charge you now under full moon light.
Hold my intention — [speak it clearly].
Amplify it. Anchor it. Bring it to me.

As the moon is full, so is my power.
As the moon shines, so shines my intention."

Place the clear quartz where it will receive moonlight overnight — on a windowsill or outdoors.

✦ STATEMENT OF COMPLETION

Stand tall. Arms open, face toward the moon. Speak:

"I stand under the full moon — whole, powerful, and clear.
I have released what was ready to go.
I have charged what is ready to grow.
The cycle turns. I turn with it.

I am in alignment with the moon, with the earth, with myself.
What I have released is gone.
What I have called in is coming.
So mote it be."

✦ CLOSING

Let your white candle burn safely. When ready to close:

"I give thanks to the full moon for her light and her power.
I give thanks to the elements that supported this work.
The ritual is complete. The energy is released.
The circle is open but unbroken.
It is done. It is done. It is done."

Leave your selenite and clear quartz in the moonlight overnight to fully charge. Collect them in the morning.

The three days following the full moon are powerful for continued releasing — notice what comes up, what falls away, what shifts. Journal what you released and check back at the next new moon to see what space has opened. The moon keeps her promises.
