This Bold and beautiful Scottish Luckenbooth traditional bracelet is to the Scottish as the Claddagh is to the Irish.
It is a love story...A Scottish love token often given to a new mother, or a new bride. It can be given to a friend. Often times a Luckenbooth was given as a symbol of protection.
The Luckenbooth features a crown, heart and the letter M ( for queen Mary) The Luckenbooth is a very romantic and symbolic Scottish design.
GREAT for lovers, friends, children. Wonderful for weddings. They were first sold from "locked booths" in Edinburgh's Royal Mile.
Sterling silver plated pewter with toggle closure
Handmade in the USA
