Shipping Policy — Wiccan Center

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may be processed the following business day.


Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days

Products ship directly from trusted suppliers; transit times may vary.


Supplier Shipping Restrictions Some products in our catalog are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may have specific shipping limitations. Please note the following:

Wyspell-fulfilled products ship to US addresses only and are not available for international delivery. Free shipping applies to Wyspell-fulfilled orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 are subject to a flat rate of $7.59 (tarot) or $12.00 (kits).

If your cart contains supplier-restricted items, international shipping will not be available for those products.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after shipment.


European Union Shipping Orders shipped to EU countries are fulfilled via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times for EU destinations are 5–10 business days after shipment. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

EU customers have the right to cancel their order before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies upon delivery — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, if we are unable to deliver your order within the agreed or estimated timeframe, you have the right to request cancellation and a full refund.


Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. For select international shipments via DHL Express, prepaid duty options may be available at checkout. Wiccan Center has no control over any additional customs charges.

Note for EU customers: Since Wiccan Center is based in the United States, your order is an import into the EU and may be subject to VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These are collected by the carrier or customs authority and are your responsibility as the recipient. We will clearly indicate at checkout that additional charges may apply.


Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Lost or Delayed Shipments Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Wiccan Center is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact admin@wiccancenter.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment. Wiccan Center is not liable for packages lost or delayed by the carrier or customs authorities.

EU customers: if your order is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@wiccancenter.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
