International Shipping & Customs

Wiccan Center offers international delivery to select destinations through Shopify Collective suppliers. Products are fulfilled directly by the supplier, so shipping availability, delivery timing, and rates can vary by product and destination.

Where we currently offer international checkout

Our current international test destinations include Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Vietnam. Availability is confirmed at checkout for the specific product in your cart.

Regional availability tests

We are evaluating additional destinations by region. Shipping availability depends on the supplier, product, destination, and available shipping service.

• Asia Expansion Test: Japan, Cambodia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, and Nepal
• Southeast Europe Test: Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Kosovo
• Southeast Europe EU Test: Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria

A shipping option shown for one product or supplier does not guarantee that every product or supplier can ship to the same destination.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Applicable shipping options and estimated transit times are shown at checkout before payment. A rate for one product does not guarantee that every product or supplier can ship to the same destination.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges from the destination country or delivery carrier. Unless checkout specifically states that these charges are collected in advance, they may be payable by the customer when the shipment arrives.

Before ordering, search online for customs import [your country], such as customs import Nigeria or customs import China. Open your destination country’s official customs website and review the current rules for duties, taxes, restricted goods, required documents, and brokerage fees.

Customs authorities and carriers may request additional information or documents, and delivery can be delayed if charges or required information are not completed.

Returns and delivery issues

Collective products are shipped directly by the supplier. Returns may require supplier approval and follow the supplier’s applicable return policy. If a shipment is delayed, held, refused, damaged, or returned, contact Wiccan Center promptly so we can coordinate with the supplier and carrier. Return shipping, customs, or other charges may apply according to the shipment terms.
