Refund & Return Policy

At Wiccan Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before making a return request.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, please visit our dedicated EU Right of Withdrawal page for full details on your cancellation and return rights under EU Directive 2023/2673.

Returns We accept returns on new, unopened items in their original packaging. Return windows vary by product depending on the supplier — most items are eligible for return within 14 to 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at the time of your return request and we will confirm the applicable window for your specific item.

Restocking Fee We do not charge a blanket restocking fee. Some supplier-fulfilled items may be subject to the supplier's own return handling conditions, which we will confirm at the time of your return request. This will always be disclosed before you complete your return.

Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and approved, refund processing times vary by supplier and typically range from 5 to 14 business days. You will be notified once your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all general returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. For items that arrive damaged or defective, Wiccan Center will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Wiccan Center does not cover duties, taxes, or customs fees on returned international shipments.

Exchanges We accept exchanges at our discretion. To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order for the replacement. Exchange eligibility follows the same timeframe as our return policy.

Condition of Returned Items All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Restocking fees and return shipping costs do not apply to defective or damaged items.

Supplier-Specific Return Exceptions Some products in our catalog are fulfilled by independent supplier partners who maintain their own return policies. Please note the following exceptions:

Books (BooksCloud): Returns are accepted only if the book arrives damaged or the wrong title is received. We do not accept returns on books for any other reason. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if your book arrives damaged.

Heavy & Oversized Items (e.g., gongs, singing bowls): These items are final sale and not eligible for return due to the cost and complexity of return shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.

Shopify Collective Supplier Products: Items fulfilled by our independent maker partners may be subject to that supplier's individual return policy. We will confirm the applicable policy at the time of your return request.

How to Start a Return You can request a return or cancellation directly from your account — log in to your account and go to your order history to get started. You can also email us at admin@wiccancenter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
